Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order to initiate an exchange. If you receive a Damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery of your order, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

The Bath Essence is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition.

No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
